Exterior Paint Colors & Brands

Homeowners are reminded that any exterior change to the residence--any improvement, addition or alteration--must be first approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Preferred paint colors are available in the administration office or recreation center at La Casita, 2719 S. Reyes. An Application for Architectural Review form will need to be filled out, submitted and approved prior to painting. In order to submit an Architectural Application, you need to register for HOA Life and complete it on the portal.

To view preferred colors click here. This will take you to the Dunn Edwards website. Put in the zip code 85202 and then select Dobson Association. To view preferred paint colors from Behr Paints click here. 

Paint Brands

The paint samples are now available from Dunn-Edwards and Behr Paint, but any brand paint may be used as long as it matches the preferred colors. The nearest Dunn-Edwards stores are 1719 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282 (480-968-9492) and 2190 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85224 (480-899-4141).
