This relaxing but invigorating class promotes inner calmness using breathing techniques, balancing postures and stretching/floor work. Modifications available to meet all levels. Bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, strap and blanket/towel are very helpful.

New to Dobson Ranch? Please join us on Wednesday, June 15th in the Chica Room at La Casita Recreation Center at 6:00 pm for our third fun and informative Resident 101 Orientation Class.

You'll hear overviews about Amenities, Assessments, Communications, Recreation Classes and Events, CC&Rs, and Future Maintenance Projects from our Department Managers.
