Legante Paseo is a hidden oasis of 63 custom and semi-custom single-family homes nestled within the Dobson Ranch Municipal Golf Course. This is a gated community and the streets are private property. Amenities include a pool and cabana as well as a beautiful greenbelt. Homes include single-level and two-story styles, varying in size from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet.
Legante Paseo is a quiet, secluded, well-maintained golf community and is close to a wide variety of shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Freeway access is nearby but out of earshot. Residents lay claim to a strong sense of community and pride in home ownership.
Individual grass front yards and the common areas are maintained by the homeowners association and included in the assessment, which is payable quarterly. Each homeowner is responsible for any other private landscaping. As with all sub-associations, the residents of Legante Paseo also pay a quarterly assessment to the Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association.
Poker night is a free monthly program for residents of Dobson Ranch. Come meet your neighbors for a friendly game. Arrive by 6:15pm.

The Retiree's Club schedules twenty activities each month including, biking, hiking, picnics, outings, travel, dinners, lunches, happy hours and movies. Current club membership is over 140 members. Dues for membership in the club are collected in January for the year. The annual dues are $20.00 per person.

Do you enjoy digging in the dirt? Then this organization is for you! The Garden Club is open to all Ranch residents - no matter if you have a garden or a green thumb. The Garden Club offers residents an opportunity to learn all about gardening through special programs and from guest speakers who cover a wide range of gardening topics.
Meetings are held at 7:00 pm from October through May at La Casita Recreation Center. If you love flowers, vegetables, trees, cacti, succulents - any aspect of gardening - come join this friendly growing group!
Round Robin Tennis Social
You are invited to La Casita Recreation Center, at 8 am for a fun get together to play tennis, and meet some new friends. We will be playing doubles and mixed-doubles in a round-robin format, assorted by levels. Please give attendant your playing level (USTA rating or A, B and C rating) when signing up. The Water Works is a 204-unit complex of condominiums located on Baseline Road between Pennington and Longmore Avenues. Residents are especially proud of the interior common area, which features ponds and fountains and is landscaped with many trees and flowering shrubs for a refreshing tropical feel. The complex also includes a pool, heated spa, Ramada and picnic area.
There are four different floor plans and each unit has covered parking. Monthly fees vary per unit (based on size) and are used to pay for water, insurance, sewer, trash and all outside maintenance of each unit. A special assessment was passed in 2003 to resurface the private street and parking lot. As with all sub-associations, the residents of Water Works also pay a quarterly assessment to the Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association.
Water Works residents receive a quarterly newsletter and have established a neighborhood Block Watch program.
Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 pm at the La Casita Recreation Center. The annual meeting of homeowners is held in April. No meeting in December.
Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese exercise system that may enhance strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress. Learning the Tai Chi form can be the beginning of a healthy, lifelong practice that can improve the quality of life of individuals who choose to practice it.
The resident rate for each class will be $3. Non-resident rate will be $6.

The Budget & Finance Meeting for September will be Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
It will be followed by a joint meeting with the Board of Directors at 6:30 pm.
Dobson Ranch homeowners or the designated agent can receive either two fobs or one fob and one smart phone app for the new keyless system replacing homeowner keys. You will be able to access the facilities with your homeowner key until October 30th when we will be completely transferred over to the new keyless system.

Residents are responsible for loading and unloading their own material. Unacceptable items include: appliances, rock, block, concrete, tile, carpet, food, animal waste, engines, all hazardous waste, pressurized tanks and gas powered vehicles.
Paper Shredding: 8am - 11am Saratoga Parking Lot
Drop off boxes of paper to be shredded. Paper clips and staples okay. No plastic bags
