Come out and try this awesome class! Aqua Zumba keeps the Zumba Fitness workout party going in the pool. Aqua Zumba is classic aqua aerobics with Latin flavor added to regular Zumba routines. The typical land-based Zumba dance steps, such as cha-cha, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, and mambo, are exaggerated and slower in water, so the water tempo is half the land tempo, creating a low-impact work out for all fitness levels. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Punch Cards may be punched one time for residents only per class. No additional punches for guests or residents.
