Dobson Glen is a townhouse community located between Baseline Road and Lindner Avenue.  Special features of the community include two swimming pools, two spas and two tennis courts.

The community offers homeowners a two- or three-story floor plan and each unit has its own private courtyard. There are 148 homes in the complex, ranging in size from 1,156 to 1,343 square feet.  The monthly assessment depends on the size of the unit. As with all sub-associations, the residents of Dobson Glen also pay an assessment to the Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association that is collected quarterly.

Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and the annual meeting of homeowners is held in January. All meetings are held at the Dobson Ranch Library.
