The 2026 annual assessment is $704.40 for the year. This is an increase of 5% over 2025 and was approved by the Board of Directors.

Annual assessments are paid annually, quarterly or monthly using one of the following options for the year:

(The Dobson Association and City Property Management encourage annua and quarterly assessment payments.)

Yearly Payment

Annual assessment payment of $704.40 is due on the 1st day of January 2026. If you pay annually, the full payment of $704.40 must be received** by the 30th of January to avoid the $15.00 assessed late fee.

 Quarterly Payment

Quarterly assessment payments of $176.10 are due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October 2025. If you pay quarterly, the full quarterly amount of $176.10 must be received** by the 30th of the first month of each quarter to avoid the $15.00 assessed late fee.

 

 Monthly Payment

NOTE ABOUT MONTHLY PAYMENTS:  If you choose to pay monthly, the full quarterly assessment amount must be paid by the quarterly due date. (Example: The month of April starts a new quarter. All monthly payments prior to April 30 must total the quarterly amount of $176.10. (Feb. 1st-$58.70, March 1st-$58.70 & April 1st-$58.70 = $176.10))

**Assessment payments are considered received when the funds are deposited into the Association account and the amount is credited to your Dobson Ranch account ledger.

 

 

Assessment payments can be made by using one of the following:

  1. Visit the  City Property CITYCYNC online portal. Log into your account. If you have not set up your account yet, please contact the Dobson Ranch HOA Administration Office at (480) 831-8314. In the online account portal, you will be able to make Assessment payments, review history, set up automatic payments and more. 
  2. Mailing your check to P.O. Box 62438, Phoenix, AZ 85082-2438.
  3. Bill Pay through your Banking Institution. Contact your Bank for further instructions
  4. By Check - Bring in a check into the Administration office at La Casita during the business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 

 

What is covered by the Dobson Ranch HOA Assessment Fee?

  • Common Areas – Maintaining all landscape, walkways, recreation centers, utilities for common areas.
  • All Amenities – Pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, new dog park, and rose garden.
  • Lake Maintenance – Fish restocking, water to keep lakes full, and water testing.
  • Staffing – Salaries for Administration, Landscape/ Maintenance, and Recreation personnel.
  • Free Events – Entertainment – Activities

 

What happens if you don’t pay HOA fees?

Dobson Ranch has a collection policy based on our governing documents and state statute. To read the collection policy, please see the Policy Document.

 

How are Dobson Ranch HOA Assessment fees determined?

HOA assessment fees are shared equally by Dobson Ranch homeowners. They are not based on the percentage of property owned (as in some HOAs), and payment schedules are set by the Board of Directors, based on the governing documents and outlined in the policy document.
