Board of Directors Interim Application Form

Due to the vacancies on the Board of Directors, the Board will appoint new Board Members at an upcoming board meeting. These appointments will fill the vacancies of the terms that end in April 2025. The Board of Directors meets monthly and as needed for Executive Sessions. Board members must be familiar with the Board of Directors Policies, Bylaws, CCRs and other governing documents. Applicants must have the following qualifications per the Bylaws: 5.2 NUMBER AND QUALIFICATIONS Each Director and each candidate for election to the Board: (a) shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) shall not be a paid employee of the Association; and (c) if a Member, shall be a Member in Good Standing. No more than one representative from a particular Lot may serve on the Board at the same time.

  • A requirement of candidates is good standing in the Association.
