How much is the Dobson Ranch HOA Assessment Fee and when must it be paid?

Annual Assessment fees are currently set at $579.60 per year for homeowners of Dobson Ranch. Payments can be broken down into quarterly payments of $144.90 each. Assessments are set by the Board of Directors annually based on the needs of the Association. Our governing documents restrict increases to only 5% annually. A higher increase would require a vote of all members of the Association and needs a two-thirds majority at a meeting called specifically for this purpose.

When are Assessment Payments Due?

Quarterly Dobson Ranch HOA Assessment payments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 each year.

How do I make my Assessment Payment?

You can pay by setting up auto-pay with your bank, through the CIT payment portal or by check. For details, go to: www.dobsonranchhoa.com/make-a-payment.

Are there late fees if my Assessment Payment is not received on time?

A late fee of $15 will be assessed quarterly if payment is not received by the 30th day of the first month of every quarter.

What happens if you don’t pay HOA fees?

Dobson Ranch has a collection policy based on our governing documents and state statute. To read the collection policy, please see our policy document at: www.dobsonranchhoa.com/governing-documents .
