Do you have concerns about falling? If so, the 8-week A Matter of Balance Class is for you! A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. The class will be held in the Chica Room at La Casita Recreation Center beginning January 14, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm for 8 consecutive Fridays.
