Ranchers, if you have concerns about yourself or a loved one falling, take this award-winning program, A MATTER OF BALANCE, conducted by A.T. Still University at our La Casita Rec. Center in the Chica Room. These classes go from January 20th to March 10th on Fridays, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. And the best part of all, they are FREE.
