Communities Within Dobson Ranch

Dobson Ranch has many neighborhoods, typically consisting of single-family houses. However, there are several individual communities of condominiums, single-family homes and patio homes located within the Ranch’s boundaries that have their own boards of directors, regulations and recreational facilities.

These “sub-associations”, the residents of which are also members of Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association, account for about one-fourth of the Ranch's total number of homes. There are more than 1,500 of these units with a combined population of about 4,000 residents. This section features each of these unique communities.
