Dobson Ranch Homeowners Association Resident Complaint Form

If you want to make a complaint about a property in Dobson Ranch, please fill out the Resident Complaint Form and submit it to the administration office at 2719 S. Reyes, Mesa, AZ  85202, or fax at 480-491-8128 or use the Online Resident Complaint form. For questions, call the administration office at 480-831-8314. Per Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1242 and A.R.S § 33-1803) any complaint lodged with the Association will NOT remain anonymous.  The person complaining of the alleged violation must state their first and last name and this information could be disclosed if requested by certified mail by the violating homeowner. Incomplete forms may prevent the Association from taking any further action.
