Facility Rental
The Ranch's three recreation centers are available for use by residents and their guests for events such as parties, weddings, receptions, reunions and meetings. To reserve space, please call Roger Singleton, Recreation Supervisor at 480-831-7464 at La Casita Community Center during weekday business hours, or email at rsingleton@dobsonranchhoa.com to check availability. Information about individual centers is available on the page link to each facility.
Rental ContractThe Ranch resident must complete a rental agreement contract and pay the rental fee at least two weeks in advance of the event. A refundable deposit is due upon booking the event. The deposit will be returned within fourteen business days after the event if the facility is left in substantially the same condition as before. If the rental is cancelled less than ten business days prior to the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rental PoliciesThe resident must be in attendance during the entire length of the event. If the resident leaves during the event, it will be terminated at that time and the deposit will be forfeited.
Only certified service animals are allowed inside any facility. No smoking is allowed inside any of the facilities at any time.
If alcohol is served, it must be provided at no charge to guests and an off-duty police officer must be in attendance at all times. All drinks must be in non-glass containers for guest safety.
No birdseed, rice, confetti, etc. may be thrown during weddings or receptions.
Decorations are permitted subject to approval. The cost of any damage to walls, lights, fixtures, etc. will be deducted from the deposit.
Evening events must conclude no later than 10:00 pm, at which time guests are to leave the facility and adjacent parking area.

Here are the current rental rates for each of the recreation centers:
La Casita Community Center
Chica Room
Maximum capacity 50 people
$50 refundable deposit
$50 cancellation fee
$60 first hour, $15 per hour thereafter
Grande Room
Maximum capacity 115 people
$200 refundable deposit
$200 cancellation fee
$90 first hour, $35 per hour thereafter
Chica/Grande Room
Maximum capacity 165 people
$250 refundable deposit
$250 cancellation fee
$165 first hour, $35 per hour thereafter
Other costs
$50 optional kitchen fee
$105 minimum for the first three hours when alcohol is served.
$35 every hour thereafter for an off duty police officer
Tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge.
Los Altos Recreation Center
This is strictly an outdoor facility that offers one junior-size Olympic pool, a quiet pool, two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, playground area, large picnic area and lakefront with boat docks. All outside facilities are on a first-come, first-serve basis.They do not need to be reserved. This includes the park ramadas and pool ramadas.
Saratoga Recreation Center
Maximum capacity 50 people
$50 refundable deposit
$50 cancellation fee
$40 first hour, $15 per hour thereafter
$35 per hour required for off-duty police officer if alcohol is served (3-hour minimum)
Tables and chairs are provided at no additional charge.
Sno-Cone Machine Rental and Supplies
A sno-cone machine and supplies are available for rent from the La Casita community center for private functions that are not held in Dobson Ranch facilities. The Ranch resident must provide full pickup and return of machine. Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition. If not, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rental:
$40.00 refundable deposit
$40.00 machine rental
Optional Purchase:
$4.00 per quart of syrup
$6.00 per gallon of syrup
$8.00 per sleeve of 200 cups
Popcorn Machine Rental and Supplies
A popcorn machine and supplies are available for rent from the La Casita community center for private functions that are not held in Dobson Ranch facilities. The Ranch resident must provide full pickup and return of machine. Equipment must be returned clean and in working condition. If not, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rental:

Optional Purchase:
$1.50 per packaged popcorn
$25.00 per case of 24 packaged popcorn
