Dobson Ranch Pontoon Boat Rental Information Residents Only
Hurrah! The pontoon boat is ready for rental...and ready for a one-hour FREE ride for each property owner on the Ranch. If you are interested in scheduling a cruise on the pontoon boat, take a look at the boat agreement printed below. Next call the recreation department at 480-831-7464 and ask for Roger. He will schedule a time for you.

Dobson Ranch Pontoon Boat Rental Information
· A “Complimentary” Pontoon ride per property is available every 24 months.
· Rental of the Pontoon Boat is available only to residents in good standing. Residents signing the agreement must reside in Dobson Ranch at the time of the Pontoon ride.
· Cruises are available based on staff availability.
· Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to staff availability.
· Payments for reservations, which are cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date, will be forfeited.
· The rental fee is $35.00 for the first hour and $25.00 for an additional hour with a 2 hour maximum.
· Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation if misrepresented in any way or due to circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, weather conditions, mechanical problems, or staff unavailability.
· The Boat accommodates up to 10 guests, adults or children. A driver is provided by Dobson Ranch for liability reasons. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and children ages 12 and younger must wear life vests at all times. There is a maximum of 5 children age 12 and younger allowed on one tour. The resident must be present for the entire course of the ride.
· Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be consumed in non-breakable containers only. Alcohol consumption is NOT permitted on the Pontoon.
· Smoking is NOT permitted on the Pontoon
· Fishing is NOT permitted while the Pontoon is underway.
· No pets are allowed.
· No standing while the tour is in process.
· All guests MUST follow the directions of the tour guide at all times.
